The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C) has launched its Graduate Program for 2022 with applications to open on 9 March this year.
Under the catchphrase “Challenge Yourself: Discover, Grow, Learn”, PM&C said it would be looking for Program participants with a genuine sense of curiosity and a desire to know and understand more about the people served by the Department.
“Our 12-month Program is based in the nation’s capital, Canberra,” PM&C said.
“The Program is founded on flexibility, empowerment and investment,” it said.
“Unlike other Government Graduate Programs, you are responsible for the direction of your career.”
PM&C said Program participants would have the freedom to navigate their own journey, under the ‘Choose your Own Adventure’ banner and choice of stream.
The Department said participants would also organise and secure their own rotations.
“We encourage applications from people with diverse experiences and backgrounds to better reflect the Australian public,” it said.
“PM&C’s commitment to inclusion and diversity reflects the importance we place on our people and creating a workplace culture where every individual is valued and respected,” it said.
The Department said applications would be open from 9 March to Sunday 11 April (at 11.30pm).
