GovCMS is planning to set up a gallery of activity and has called for contributions from the websites it hosts.
Since launching a new improved website less than five months ago, the easier-to-follow information and self-help options have seen traffic triple and according to GovCMS Website Project Lead, Emily Castrission, work on the planned gallery has begun.
“We want to showcase the work of your agency, because we’re proud of what you’ve achieved on our platform,” Ms Castrission said.
“We’re looking forward to providing a customer gallery,” she said. “There are now over 320 websites hosted on GovCMS.”
She said the gallery would showcase the versatility of the platform and its progress over the years.
She said customers at a recent GovCMS Grassroots session were interviewed and their feedback has been included in the initial gallery designs.
“We plan to catalogue websites using tags and filtering options,” she said. “This will simplify gallery searching and make comparing features easier.”
Ms Castrission said that with just four months of 2020 behind it, the GovCMS community was more active than ever.
“Your online discussions and questions provide us with valuable insight into the GovCMS experience,” she said.
“We use your feedback to continuously improve our services and shape the way we communicate with you.”
