Queensland Shared Services (QSS) has announced a significant development in which its customers can now apply for and manage corporate cards faster and easier with CommBank Card Manager.
QSS implemented CommBank Card Manager earlier this year as part of its Card Management Portal initiative.
In a statement QSS said it worked with Agencies across the Public Service to deliver the streamline service that was demanded by finance teams and end users.
“With CommBank Card Manager, QSS customers can experience faster processing times and card distribution; they can have access to digital workflows and see in real time their transactions and activity logging,” QSS said.
“Customers have access to CommBank Card Manager anywhere where they are and can use sophisticated reporting, tracking and alert functionality.”
It said CommBank Card Manager was just the latest in a vast range of services QSS provides for its Public Service customers.
As an example its payroll service, My pay, produces a pay calendar with cut-off times, pay-slips and payment summaries; a facility for customers to change their work hours or work pattern, and make payments into the bank of their choice.
QSS’s human resources services include the ability for customers to submit a leave application; hire a staff member; advertise a role or apply for or change higher duties or relieving at level.
Among a wide range of finance-related services are the ability of customers to claim travel expenses and allowances; get a GPEV PDF; apply for a corporate card or create a purchase order.
