Queensland Shared Services (QSS) has announced that more of its PDF forms have been converted into fast, paperless online forms.
The new online forms are: Purchase order request; Purchase order invoice payment; Domestic travel expense; Domestic travel expense calculator; Overseas travel expense; Overseas travel expense calculator; Corporate card request; Higher duties or relieving at level; Leave request; and Non-payroll person request.
It said these follow other forms converted in November which have already been announced.
The new forms are published in the same location as the PDFs they are replacing.
QSS will now begin to remove the old PDFs saying the process would be staggered to ensure it occurred with minimal disruption.
From 1 March QSS has not accepted the goods and services requisition PDF; the purchase order amendment PDF, and email requests to pay a purchase order.
From 8 March it has also not accepted the overseas travel expense PDF; the domestic travel expense PDF, and the corporate card requests PDF.
From 29 March QSS will not accept the higher duties or relieving at level PDF; the leave application PDF, and the non-payroll person request PDF.
In a statement accompanying the announcement, QSS said online forms were better for the environment, could be accessed and completed anywhere, and were faster to complete and process.
“We’ve received more than 6,000 online form submissions since we released our first batch of forms in November, and we have received some great feedback,” it said.
