The Public Sector Commission (PSC) has invited the users of its services, information and facilities for people with disability to complete a survey to inform and shape its next five-year Disability Access and Inclusion Plan.
In a statement, the PSC said it would like to be able to understand how it could provide better access to its services, information and facilities for people with disability.
“If you, or someone you know, have accessed our services, information or facilities, we would like to hear from you,” the Commission said.
It said the feedback form contained a number of questions including the following:
* In the last 12 months, have you experienced challenges or barriers accessing our services, information and/or facilities? If yes, please provide more details.
* What have we done well to ensure our services, information and/or facilities are accessible for people with disability?
* Do you have suggestions or comments on how we can improve access to our services, information and/or facilities for people with disability?
The PSC said people wanting to receive updates on the Disability Access and Inclusion Plan should make the request with their contact details.
