IP Australia has announced that its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey is now open to its Australian customers.

In a statement, IP Australia said the survey was a key pillar of its performance framework.

“It captures the opinion of our customers and stakeholders and seeks feedback on their experience with the Agency over the past 12 months,” the Agency said.

“As a customer-focused Agency, we are committed to improving our customers’ experience by delivering a modern, effective, and efficient intellectual property system.”

It said feedback from the survey helped it to understand if the products and services it offered were meeting the needs of its many and varied customer base.

“It also is significant indicator of where we can improve,” IP Australia said.

“If you are an existing customer and have interacted with us in the past 12 months you will have received an email from our survey partner, Orima inviting you to participate.”

IP Australia stressed the survey was conducted anonymously and consisted of multiple-choice answers.

“If you have attended any public education sessions or accessed our online webinars or tools and resources on our website, we would love to hear from you and invite you to register and complete the survey,” it said.

“It will take around five minutes to complete and is open until 13 May.”

Clients of IP Australia or others who have accessed its online webinars or tools can contribute to the survey at this PS News link.
