That we’re well and truly on the ‘sell, sell, sell’ bandwagon of our coal to India, it is obvious as pollution levels accelerate a climate change disaster is in the near future.
How do we justify this?
Well Minister Matt Canavan doesn’t resile from the fact he’s a coal man through and through and the protesters who stood stoically at the kerbside at the National Press Club in Canberra and the two mature age ladies who tried to ‘storm’ the stage didn’t upset the good Senator one iota.
Nor did the young man purporting to be from the ANU Media Group who made a solo effort.
Senator Canavan has been through a tough time recently.
Well if your mum fills in a form to obtain Italian citizenship you’d be a bit miffed too, but at least he hasn’t lost his sense of humour with a question about Easter delicacies the Canavan family may indulge in over the lovely big break before the Budget.
