Winning $5 million is a great incentive for anyone ― and Mike and Kate, a seemingly perfect couple ― are no exception.

For success, they just have to survive for 50 days in an all-but-empty white room, with only each other for company. However, as anticipation gives way to isolation, they soon begin to feel the walls closing in and cracks start to show in their seemingly perfect relationship.

The sprucely rigid thriller is built around an intriguing premise and noteworthy performances from Emile Hirsch (Midnight In The Switchgrass, Dig) as Mike Walsh and Kate Bosworth (Force Of Nature, Homefront) as Kate Frith.

They enter with hope and eagerness. How hard can it be, staying in a room together?

If they are there for the entire period, they will be winners, but there are certain conditions and they include no phones, no family.

The bold psychological suspenseful story focused mainly on just two people in a sterile room, and it was the perfect project during the COVID-19 crisis.
Director Dewil (Retribution, Vehicle 19) says directing a film during Covid was an altogether unique challenge, but in the “end I believe telling this story will provide some internal catharsis for us all.”

The Immaculate Room is the winner of Best Film 2022 at both London Independent Film Awards and Mammoth Film Festival. It’s a thriller that constantly surprises. It’s smart and could well appeal to fans of Escape Room, 10×10 and The Belko Experiment.

How many days do Kate and Mike have to stay in The Immaculate Room? If the answer is correct, you could be one of three winners to get a DVD of The Immaculate Room. Entries should be sent to [email protected] by Monday, 31 October 2022. Names of the winners will be announced in Frank Cassidy’s PS-sssst…! column on 1 November 2022.
