The endorsement is encouraging: ‘this step-by-step self-coaching book and its free accompanying app has transformed lives in 35 countries, alleviating stress, burnout, and fear’. It’s a one-stop shop to success and fulfillment, achieved through practical, actionable, proven mental training.

It’s also a timely release. Our lives are rapidly shifting toward a ‘new normal’ as we slowly navigate our way through the COVID-19 pandemic that includes new responsibilities, additional pressures and a high level of uncertainty around things that were previously assured.

We are living in unprecedented times, so many employers are fighting harder than ever to remain profitable. Maloney rightly says, when it comes to business success, employee performance is one of the most influential drivers.

Employee wellbeing directly affects how employees think and feel about their job and their organisation, and research has consistently shown that it predicts job attitudes, execution, efficiency, energy levels and working relationships. “We have devised a simple five-step process to assist you in building your stress-free dream team.”

As Maloney points out; for a business leader today, employee wellbeing must be at the forefront, and one of your main goals should be ensuring your people are highly engaged, managing stress and managing pressure effectively.

If these critical key objectives are achieved, it will result in a higher quality of work, increased productivity, employee retention and a thriving and fulfilled workplace.

How many steps do you need to build your stress-free dream team? If your answer is correct, then you could win on of two copies of Stress Free: How To Thrive Under Pressure In Unprecedented Times.
