So Glad is the debut single from emerging Queensland artist Bradley McCaw and it’s a good soulful introduction to a new singer/songwriter.

McCaw is not an overnight sensation. He’s spent fifteen years mastering his craft to reach this point.

So Glad is an uplifting soul number complete with brass section written for the distanced times that we’ve all been living through.

It’s got a genuine heritage feel to it, but the message is universal and timeless.

McCaw felt that all Australians (and for that matter everyone around the world) have suffered enough in lockdowns so he hopes that this song will bring some joy to their lives.

He enlisted the help of his fans in recording the film clip, putting out the challenge to sing and dance along to the song.

It’s pretty good so check it out.

So Glad is the first single from his debut album which will be released sometime in 2022.

Bradley started his singing career as a member of the Ten Tenors group.

He toured the world with them and played at an AFL Grand Final earning considerable fame.

He also has performed lead roles in musical theatre; performing in Rent, Les Misérables, and won an International Cabaret Showcase with a one-man show featuring an original script and score.

So, Bradley has paid his dues and this song shows that he knows how to craft a catchy pop/soul number.

It should be worth keeping an eye out for his album.
