Queensland Shared Services (QSS) has published its 2019-20 report card detailing a list of achievements, improvements, and a summary of the services and volumes it managed.
In a statement, QSS said that as part of its focus to enhance the services it provided it had made it easier to use Employee Self Service (ESS).
“We have also enabled mobile corporate card management and developed more online finance e-forms,” QSS said.
“In addition, we have enabled single sign-on for some of our key systems.”
It said these initiatives had delivered greater efficiencies and savings to clients.
“We have transformed our business, always striving to improve customers’ experiences with us,” it said.
“You can now take advantage of these innovations.”
Details from the report card included $17 billion made in vendor payments and 74,000 people paid each fortnight.
“We dealt with 892,819 incoming mail items and 1,014,204 outgoing mail items and processed 239,147 requests from our 244,848 files,” QSS said.
“QSS strives to provide exceptional customer service so your feedback lets us know how we’re doing.”
