Protective Security in Government
13th-15th August Canberra
WHY
With the new Protective Security Policy Framework taking effect in the second half of 2018, there is an urgent requirement to build knowledge and share information.
The PSG Conference provides an opportunity for everyone involved in government security to network, update knowledge and skills, gain exposure to new trends and technology, as well as hear directly from representatives of the PSPF review team about the reforms and what they mean.

HOW
We are proud to announce that the Australian Security Research Centre is collaborating with the Federal Attorney General’s Department on the content and program, to bring you the Protective Security in Government (PSG) Conference 2018, which will be held 13 – 15 August 2018 at the National Convention Centre in Canberra.
Program Convenor, Dr. Gav Schneider, is working to bring you a blue-chip line up of speakers—drawing from experts across government and industry—to ensure that this conference sets the standard for Protective Security in Government going forward.
WHAT
The PSG Conference has been designed to fill the gap from where the Security in Government (SIG) Conference left off in 2016 and to provide an opportunity for those involved in government protective security in Australia to be updated on urgent issues.
