Energy Safe Victoria (ESV) has launched a new website platform, marking the first milestone in a program to transform the ESV website and make it more accessible for the broader community and industry.
Chief Executive of ESV, Leanne Hughson said the new platform was more secure and consistent with other Victorian Government Agencies and Departments.
“It provides a better user experience for those accessing the website via mobile and tablet devices,” Ms Hughson said.
“The website transformation program fulfils a key commitment to industry and the community, to make regulatory and safety information clearer and more accessible,” she said.
“Our work isn’t over yet.
“We’ll continue to deliver upgrades over the next few months and, of course, we are also looking for your feedback.”
Ms Hughson said the next phase of the roll out would involve an upgrade of content to ensure consistency with accessibility standards.
She said the ESV’s web address remained the same, as did access to portals such as ESVConnect and Gastrac.
“These applications will be subject to improvements as the transformation program progresses,” the Chief Executive said.
“Victorians can provide feedback on each page by indicating whether the information was helpful and leaving a comment,” she said.
