Duties: This is a new position within the Web Services team and will be filled at either the APS5 or APS6 level, depending on the skills of the successful candidate.
Web Services supports learning and development to build your skills in this role and enhance your capabilities for career progression. In this role, you will work with business owners to use evidence-based research and analytics to review, edit and rewrite content across websites managed by the Web Services team.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A sound understanding of web content design principles.
  • Experience creating web content and guidance material and documentation for business areas that meet WCAG 2.2 AA requirements.
  • Demonstrated, well-developed writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in providing quality customer service and an understanding of service delivery expectations.
  • To take responsibility and seek guidance from senior team members to ensure service standards are met.
