IP Australia has upgraded its online services platform to provide a more modern, intuitive and streamlined digital experience.
Announcing the upgrade, the Agency said people could now file a new design application using the new online services platform.
“Over recent months, we have been working hard to enhance your experience applying for a new design right,” it said.
“We have now completed the enhancement of the new design application experience.
“To access the new online services platform, simply use your existing log in details.”
The improvements IP Australia has introduced include a modern portal design; an intuitive structure to help people find what they needed quickly and easily; contextual guidance throughout the application process; and a new drag and drop functionality for uploading representations.
“We are committed to creating a better experience for all customers, so we have placed you at the centre of this large-scale transformation,” the Agency said.
“We want your feedback on what is working well and what could be improved, so that we can continue to make improvements to your digital experience.”
IP Australia said people could use the feedback tool within the platform to rate their experience and submit suggestions for further improvements.
