Construction is about to start on Carve, a luxury development in the heart of Mollymook that agents say will offer an unparalleled coastal lifestyle to just six buyers.
Designed for those who want something truly special, Carve is characterised by curved lines, a coastal-inspired palette and strikingly generous proportions. Each of the six apartments will have three or four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, two dedicated parking spaces and ample storage.
Elevated above the curve of Collers Beach, with sweeping views across the lush golf course to the glistening Pacific beyond, The Property Collective sales agent Andrew Metcalf says Carve sets a new benchmark in luxury apartment living.
“Each is a private retreat designed for those who are ready to live the coastal dream, in one of Australia’s most idyllic seaside towns,” he says.
“No two apartments are alike and the scale is rare. They’ve opted for six oversized apartments rather than squeezing in more. That means better access to the incredible amenities, better design and more consideration of how people actually want to live.
“We’re seeing interest from locals who want to stay in the area but want to downsize to something low maintenance, without losing out on living space, and Canberrans and Sydneysiders looking for something really special in their coastal getaway.”

Beyond the private interiors, Carve Mollymook offers a suite of residents-only amenities that elevate everyday living, with a focus on wellness.
Between the heated pool with poolside daybeds, sunken firepit lounge, sauna, yoga and meditation deck and the shared outdoor kitchen and dining spaces, residents will enjoy a variety of experiences at their fingertips — shared only among themselves.
“These spaces are an extension of each resident’s private living space, so you could be looking to entertain friends or soak up the serenity solo and chances are there will be a space available for you,” Andrew says.
“You can’t overlook the benefits of a design that allows its residents to come together as a community as well, when they want to. Residents of Carve will be able to easily connect, without being on top of each other.”
When residents are ready to leave this bubble, everything Mollymook’s main stretch has to offer is walkable, and there’s easy access to hotspots beyond.
From long lunches at Rick Stein at Bannisters, to morning coffee at Pilgrims in nearby Milton, or a sunset wine tasting at Cupitt’s Estate, this is a lifestyle built around good taste and natural beauty.
“Mollymook just feels different to other coastal towns,” Andrew says. “It’s quieter, but still close to everything, and it offers that incredible blend of surf, sand and nature that people are craving.”
Developers NEXON are anticipating a 15-month build, but apartments are now available off the plan from $2.45 million — and for those who move quickly, there’s the opportunity to collaborate with the design team to personalise their home.

The Property Collective’s work on Carve signals its expansion into the coastal market, with a new office soon to open in Batemans Bay.
“We have lots of relationships with developers looking at specialised projects along the coast. Batemans Bay places us centrally to service the South Coast, from Mollymook to Narooma,” Andrew says.
“Carve sets a great tone for this. It’s a project we believe in, brought to life by a developer with a vision to create something unique to the area — and truly, there’s nothing like it out there.”
