Creative Victoria has built a more user-friendly and accessible website in response to user feedback.
Announcing the website refresh, the Agency said its focus had been on improving accessibility, functionality, navigation and the search function, “making it easier to find what you are looking for, while also celebrating the vibrancy and diversity of Victoria’s creative sector”.
“Based on your feedback we’ve been working to create a more user-friendly, more accessible site where you can find out more about Victoria’s creative industries, the work we do and the programs and initiatives we offer to support Victorian creatives,” Creative Victoria said.
“We have also introduced new sections, including a dedicated section for First Peoples in the creative industries, and a new Resources section where you can find a wide range of useful tools, how to guides and reports,” it said.
“If you are looking for funding to support your work, we have made it easier for you to learn about our grant programs and find the right opportunity for you.”
Creative Victoria said grant applicants would now be directed to the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions grants portal to fill in their applications.
It said the website would continue to be updated with more content and encouraged people to subscribe to its eNews or follow Creative Victoria on social media.
“Thank you to everyone who contributed feedback and helped test this site to make sure it best supports the needs of our creative community,” the Agency said.
“Please contact us with any feedback, questions or any ideas for content you would like to see on the site.”
