Her desire to write books grew from there.
More adventures continue for young Clementine Rose in number 10 in the series. This time it’s her birthday and she’s counting down the days to the big event. First, however, there’s the school sports carnival to attend and a very special race to run. There’s also the all-important party theme to decide on!
Wait, what’s going on all around her? Lovely Clementine lives in Penberthy Floss in a large, ramshackle house, with her mother Lady Clarissa, the butler Digby Pertwhistle and her teacup pig Lavender.
There is excitement, even though Lavender isn’t her usual self. It’s a trip to the vet for sure, but why are there butterflies in her stomach? Throw into the mix the behaviour of Aunt Violent. What are the reasons behind these mysterious happenings?
