A group of incongruously varied characters in the Arctic provide engaging entertainment as they set out to save the world from melting ice caps. Arctic Justice boasts a notable vocal cast, polished images and kick-about action.
This animated comedy, for both young and old, features first-rated voices.
Swifty is the Arctic fox (Renner), who works in the mailroom of the Arctic Blast Delivery Service. Jade (Klum) is a clever, eye-catching red fox, who is the hero’s love interest.
Swifty dreams of, one day, becoming a Top Dog (the Arctic’s star husky courier). He fantasises about joining local celebrities Duke, Dakota and Dusty as part of the Top Dog Delivery service.
He hijacks one of the delivery sleds to prove himself to his rough boss – Magda (Houston), a caribou with a Russian accent – and delivers a package to a mysterious location.
While out on a delivery, he stumbles upon a secret fortress where he comes face-to-face with Otto Von Walrus (Cleese), a blubbery evil genius who commands a loyal army of puffin henchmen. Swifty soon discovers Von Walrus’ plan to melt the polar ice caps and flood the world in order to reign supreme.
So, Swifty has to enlist the help of his friends: PB (Baldwin), an anxious polar bear; Lemmy (Franco), a absent-minded albatross; and Bertha (Klum) and Leopold (Omar Sy), two conspiracy theorist otters. Together they have to stop Von Walrus’ sinister plans and save the day.
