Tender for Red Hill Precinct
A consortium has been appointed to work on the Red Hill Precinct project.
Stockland and Doma were the successful tenderers, bringing to an end the exhaustive process that drew interest from across Canberra, throughout Australia as well as internationally.
The finalised Red Hill Precinct will consist of a village-style renewal project with a new range of townhouses and apartments on a 53,000 sq m site.
Construction on the project is forecast to begin later this year.
Consultant to peddle cycle strategy
Visit Canberra has engaged a consultant to help develop a local cycling guide for visitors — one of its first actions in the Canberra Cycle Tourism Strategy.
The guide will be produced in digital and print-ready formats to assist visitors to better understand local cycle tourism experiences.
Interested stakeholders can attend a workshop at which further details about the development of the guide will be presented.
The workshop will be held on 6 August from 6 pm at the Canberra Innovation Network, Level 5, 1 Moore Street, City.
