Comcare has invited employees working under its scheme to fill in a survey to help it improve its services and relationship with them as clients.
In a statement, the Agency said the survey would better help it to understand how it interacts with employees, employers and other people working in the Comcare scheme.
“Our plans include new online services to reduce reliance on paperwork and email, and a single contact centre for support over the phone,” the Agency said.
“If you work for an Australian Public Service (APS) Government Agency or a self-insured licensee, or operate in the Comcare scheme, we’d like your input,” it said.
The Agency said completing the survey would improve Comcare’s understanding of how people wanted to do business with it.
“Completing this survey will take about 10 minutes, and please complete it only once,” it said.
“Your responses are completely anonymous and will not be considered in any other Comcare process.
“Responses will be used only for the purposes of providing insight into this project and improving our services.
“The survey is being administered by a third-party provider, Marketscape, who meets Comcare’s privacy requirements.”
The survey closes on 8 December and can be accessed at this PS News link.
