Some international travel corridors are about to open up – again – to fully vaccinated Australian travellers. First Fiji announced it was re-opening its borders next month. Now Thailand plans to partially reopen a number of key cities.
Qantas has already started advertising December flights to Fiji and other ‘COVID-safe destinations’, anticipating Australia will also have opened its borders by then. Virgin Australia has brought forward the resumption of flights between Australia and Fiji. Jetstar also has some bargain airfares. COVID-19 protocols will be followed and travellers should be aware of the Covid restrictions at home and at their destination.
