The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications (DITRDC) has launched a new website to make it easier for people to find the information they need.
The Department said its new site brought together its former infrastructure, communications and regional websites into one easy-to-use location.
“We’ve also added links to help you quickly access our other websites, including the Office for the Arts,” the Department said.
“You should automatically be redirected to the content you need in our new location, but you may need to update some bookmarks,” it said.
“You can also access an archive of our old websites on the Australian Web Archive Trove.”
DITRDC said its new website provided better access to its latest news and consultations as well as improved accessibility.
It said it enabled a stronger economy through its work in infrastructure, transport and vehicles; delivered programs and services to territories, regions and cities; and created policy and reforms to help communications and creative sectors to thrive.
“Our new website is centred around these streams to make our content easier to find,” the Department said.
