Five new judges named
Five new judges have been appointed to the Federal Court of Australia as well as Deputy Presidents of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
The new appointments are Justice Craig Colvin, Justice Neil McKerracher, Justice Melissa Perry (pictured), Justice Simon Steward and Justice Thomas Thawley
Four of the judges have been appointed for a period of seven years with Justice McKerracher until 5 December 2021 at which time he will attain 70 years of age and his appointment will cease.
