Tax Inspector to stand down
Ali Noroozi (pictured) will not be seeking reappointment for a third term as Inspector-General of Taxation.
Mr Noroozi has served in the role for 10 years, during which time his office has more than quadrupled in size.
He said he intends to remain active and has already committed to teaching a subject at the University of Melbourne’s Master of Laws program.
