There were disturbing aspects to the addresses by CEO of Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC), Nicole Rose; CEO of Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC), Michael Phelan; and Australian Federal Police (AFP) Commissioner, Reece Kershaw as they spoke to the issue of “Countering child sexual exploitation and abuse” at the National Press Club.
