Band 1
John Southwell has been appointed as Austrade’s new head of the government and policy division.
Elise Aquilina has been appointed as Assistant Secretary of the Department of Finance’s investments branch.

Grant Rebikoff has been appointed as the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry’s new chief information officer.

Treasury Secretary Dr Steven Kennedy has been appointed as the new Secretary of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet to replace Glyn Davis, who recently announced his retirement.
Finance Secretary Jenny Wilkinson has been named as the new Secretary of the Treasury to replace Dr Kennedy.

Annelies Moens has been appointed as the new Western Australian Information Commissioner.
Joshua Thomson SC has been appointed as president of the Western Australia Court of Appeal.
Rebecca Tomkinson has been named as Western Australia’s new Agent General for the United Kingdom and Europe region.
Michael Carey has been appointed as Director General of the WA Department of the Premier and Cabinet, effective 4 August.
Joann Wilkie has been named as the next Under Treasurer for the WA Department of Treasury and Finance, effective 4 August.
Chad Anderson has been named as the next Director General of the WA Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport, effective 4 August.
Chris Shaw has been named as the next Director General of the WA Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration, effective 4 August.
Leon McIvor has been appointed as the Director General of the WA Department of Housing and Works, effective 1 July.
Alex Zimmerman has been appointed as the South Australian Commissioner for Drought Support to assist with managing the drought response, including monitoring the progress of drought support and addressing any issues or barriers.
