The Independent Panel leading the review into workplace culture in the ACT’s public health services has reminded anyone still planning to make a submission that the deadline is tomorrow (Friday 30 November).
Chair of the Review, Mick Reid said those who still had not made a submission had better be quick.
“We want to hear from people and organisations about their experience with the workplace culture within ACT Public Health Services,” Mr Reid said.
“Since the review began, we have met with a wide range of individuals and organisations.”
He said there had been some positive examples of where the workplace culture was working well as well as ideas for how it could be improved.
“These are all valuable insights that will help inform our report and recommendations to the Minister for Health and Wellbeing in March 2019,” Mr Reid said.
“I want to reassure people that all submissions will be accepted and kept in the strictest of confidence.”
He said both the panel and the office of the review had a duty of care and must comply with all relevant legislation to which they were subject.
