The very nature of technology means things are constantly changing. Do you feel like you’re losing the battle to keep up with technology? Now is the time to end technophobia.

You don’t need to read this book cover to cover. Digital expert Tracy Sheen has designed it in such a way that you flick to a section you’d like more information on and get what you need. You’ll find each section stands on its own and are able to easily access background or additional information. The glossary is helpful too, and there’s a QR code (Quick Response) to the resource page at the end of each section that has extra assets.

However, it is suggested the first three chapters be read so you can decide which area of the business to focus on and start with understanding your business first. Everyone has different needs, so focus on what you need and access the rest when you need it.

Look on this as a practical and educational resource. There are loads of screenshots which will help you to absorb information.

Another interesting feature is the Egon in the room alert, appearing whenever there is a “need for an ‘elephant in the room’ alert.”

Developed and written for every small business owner who has ever felt overwhelmed by technology or unsure where they should begin, this book allows them to look at their business as a whole and addresses common questions across a range of areas. From marketing and sales, to finance and productivity, even how to effectively work remotely (a skill many had to adopt in 2020), customer experience and the emerging threats of cyber security.

The End of Technophobia will help to overcome apprehensions around technology, embrace one’s inner geek and improve the bottom-line while being better able to service the client base.
