Employees of Service NSW are being acknowledged for their dedication to the community as the Agency celebrates its 10 years since its establishment.
General Secretary of the Public Service Association of NSW (PSA), Stewart Little extended his congratulations to the Agency’s public service staff.
Mr Little said that since its establishment on 18 March 2013, the employees of Service NSW had played a critical role in supporting the citizens of New South Wales.
“It is with great pleasure that the PSA congratulates every employee of Service NSW on this significant milestone,” Mr Little said.
“Your unwavering commitment to serving the community, particularly during the unprecedented bushfires, COVID-19 and flood crises, has been truly commendable,” he said.
“It is undeniable that the services provided by you have been crucial for many individuals and businesses alike.”
Mr Little said the hard work and dedication of Service NSW employees had undoubtedly made a positive impact on the lives of countless citizens.
“I don’t think anybody could have foreseen just how successful it has become and of course that’s in no small part down to the incredible hard work and dedication of our members that work within Service NSW,” the PSA General Secretary said.
He said their dedication was “absolutely exemplified during those times of crisis where the community really relied upon Service NSW, whether it was during the COVID-19 outbreak, whether it was during the floods or fires they were there to deliver a myriad of services on behalf of other agencies so thank you and well done.”
